The Royal Stables are home to the horses and carriages used at festive events by HM the Queen.
The horses are trained daily on the Christiansborg Palace Riding ground and in the streets of Copenhagen. From mid-June to mid-August, the horses graze in North Zealand.
The Royal Stables also contain a collection of gala Coaches, including the HM the Queen's Golden State Coach.
January - March: Tuesday to Sunday 13:30 - 16:00 (closed Mondays)
April - June: Monday to Sunday 13:30 - 16:00
July: Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 17:00
August - September: Monday to Sunday 13:30 - 16:00
October - December: Tuesday to Sunday 13:30 - 16:00 (closed Mondays)
In the period from the 16th of June to the 7th of August the horses are summergrazing.
