These trading conditions apply to consumer sales. If you are a business, you are welcome to contact shop.natmus.dk to hear more about the conditions that apply when using the web shop.

PURCHASE OF TICKETS


Delivery of tickets
 Shop.natmus.dk sends tickets to the entire world. We send the tickets to the e-mail address you have provided in the order, immediately after you complete the purchase. 

The ticket with the printed barcode is your access cards to the selected location. The bar code system ensures that the ticket you receive can only be used once. 

If you lose your ticket
If the ticket is lost before you've used it, it can be printed again from the email you received in connection with the purchase or you can contact billet@natmus.dk to receive the link to the ticket again. 

Refunds 
Purchased tickets will only be refunded in case of cancellation. 

Returns
In accordance with the "Law no. 2013-12-17 consumer agreements § 18 paragraph. 2 no. 12" there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets. 

Cancellation
An event is canceled, if the event cannot be completed. Delays in the time schedule on the day of the event, constraints due to reconstruction or maintenance i.e. is not considered as cancellation.

PURCHASE OF ANNUAL CARD

By purchasing an annual pass or membership to one of the visitor sites under the National Museum, you get free access to the site in question for 12 months - or for the rest of the season, if it is a site with seasonal opening. The term of your annual pass is calculated as 12 months from the date of first arrival. The card is personal and may only be used by the cardholder. We reserve the right to check your annual pass and request ID from you if you have chosen to provide your name only when issuing your annual pass. We also reserve the right to revoke the annual card if misuse is suspected, and it is your responsibility as the cardholder that the card is not used improperly. Annual passes and membership cards are not returned after being revoked and are not refunded either in whole or partly.  

When buying an annual pass, you choose whether you want to add address, date of birth, etc. At a minimum, we must use your first name, last name and an e-mail (the latter is only when ordering on the webshop so we can send your annual pass to you), but all other information is up to you whether you want to provide. We use information for statistics and to ensure you have the best and smoothest experience as an annual ticket holder at the National Museum. Read more about how we process personal data below. When purchasing an annual pass or membership, you also get the opportunity to sign up for a newsletter. The newsletter informs you about upcoming exhibitions, activities and events at the museum. You can always revoke your acceptance again. See more about this under our Newsletter here on the webshop.  

Delivery of annual passes 
Shop.natmus.dk will send your temporary annual pass to the e-mail address you specified at the time of purchase. Upon your first visit, you must visit the ticket office to have your physical annual pass issued. After this, you must bring your annual card and present it at each visit.  

Lost card
If you lose your annual pass, you can go to the ticket office at the National Museum, where a replacement annual pass will be issued against the payment of a fee.  

Right of cancellation
 There is a 14-day right of cancellation for annual passes. The right of cancellation expires if the annual card is used, including using the card's discount benefits.


GENERAL 

Complaints
Your right to complain about goods bought at shop.natmus.dk is regulated by the Sale of Goods Act shortage rules. You have 2 years warranty. If you find a defect in a product you bought at shop.natmus.dk, send an email to billet@natmus.dk with a description of the deficiency, you want to complain about, with the order number that was sent to you, when you bought the item. 

Secure payment
shop.natmus.dk records your personal information for the dispatch of the goods purchased. The recorded data is transmitted encrypted to underlying systems through a 128 bit SSL connection. 

When paying you will be sent from our server to the payment window hosted by Quickpay. Quickpay is PCI certified (read more http://quickpay.dk/features/security/) and the payment is protected by international standards. After payment you will be returned to our server and the deal is closed.

Shop.natmus.dk and Quickpay do not share credit card data and personal information.

Terms of agreement
 The purchase agreement is subject to Danish law. The agreement is binding on both parties when you place your order. 

VAT
There are calculated 25% tax on all goods. Exceptions are tickets. Customers outside the EU can turn to their local customs office and get the Danish VAT repaid. Tickets are exempt from VAT.
